Desra is the Executive Director and Founder of Critical Path.  His expertise lies in government relations, energy, technology and telecommunications.  Desra has over 30 years experience building and growing national and international companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia.  In addition to his role at Critical Path, Desra holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at national airline manufacturer, PT Regio Aviasi, and Chief Executive Officer of NGO, Opera Ainun.

Ilham A. Habibie - Executive Director & Senior Advisor

Ilham is the Executive Director and Senior Advisor at Critical Path.  He is an experienced business leader, engineer and scholar with years of expertise  in aviation, aeronautics, banking and finance, technology, and national resources.   Ilham is also the Vice Chairman of PT Regio Aviasi, Chairman of Bank Muamalat, Vice Chairman for Research & Technology at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN).   

Adrian "AJ" Lee - Senior Advisor

AJ holds a senior advisory role at Critical Path. He was previously the Managing Director, overseeing the firm's overall operations as well as it's "UC1" (Unicorn practice group), supporting promising start-ups in tech, fin-tech, automotive and FMCG.  AJ is an experienced business leader and consultant with expertise in marketing, public affairs, PR, digital communications, and market development. He also held leadership and consulting roles at Hewlett Packard, ITC, APCO Worldwide, Cohn & Wolfe, and Fleishman Hillard. 

Francis Chan - Regional Director & Senior Advisor

Francis is the Regional Director and Senior Advisor at Critical Path. He serves as a senior counsel for Critical Path's regional flagship clients providing management, investment and financial consulting advice.  Francis has 20 years experience as a finance and technology industry veteran with experience in fund-raising, mergers and acquisitions, RTO and IPO.  He Is the Founder and Chairman of Vision Vanguard Holdings with operations in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia.

Andreas Pamungkas - Senior Director, Head of Corporate & Public Affairs

Andreas is the Director and Head of Corporate & Public Affairs at Critical Path where he manages the firm's Indonesia media, stakeholder and government relations. He has extensive experience in corporate communications, media relations, government relations, stakeholder engagement, investor relations and crisis communications.  Before Critical Path, Andreas held management and consulting positions at Edelman, Fleishman Hillard, Cohn & Wolfe, RGEI, Kontan and Indosurya.

Debora Noviyanti - Director, Southeast Asia & International

Debora is the Director of Southeast Asia and International at Critical Path. Debora is responsible for building opportunities with US-based tech firms and startups, with the aim of building and/ or supporting their business in Southeast Asia. Before Critical Path, Debora was the Communications Lead at Microsoft Indonesia. She has also worked for world-leading technology, media and consulting firms, including IBM, Microsoft, Zeno Stratcom, APCO Worldwide, and Cohn & Wolfe.

Elisabeth Winiartati - Director, Head of Integrated Marketing & Communications

Elisabeth is the Director and Head of Integrated Marketing & Communications at Critical Path. Elisabeth is an experienced leader, consultant and entrepreneur with expertise covering marketing, communications, digital, and social media.  Before Critical Path, Elisabeth held senior management and consulting roles at Burson Cohn & Wolfe, Starcom, Aryaduta Hotel Group, and Oakley.  Elisabeth is a qualified web designer and developer, holding a degree in Computer & Visual Design from the University of Oregon.
